Pricing Policy: Clients can request either an hourly rate with unlimited proofs; or a project estimate, which will vary by no more that 10% and includes two print or electronic (PDF) proofs. Client changes that vary significantly from the original project description or after the second PDF proof will be charged at the hourly rate. It is our policy to consult with clients on the cost impact of changes and corrections, and we guarantee client satisfaction for each project. A deposit of up to 50% of the estimate is due prior to start of the project.
Software: We use the latest versions of all the leading print, web, and graphic design software. Most of these products are backward-compatible, so we can take older files from clients.
Suppliers: We work with local designers, printers, specialists and other vendors whenever possible. Some technical work is subcontracted to our expert network of specialists.
Discounts: Not-for-profit organizations, particularly those that benefit children & families, sustainable living, the arts, and healthy lifestyles will receive a 10% discount on their project or advertisement. New clients also receive 10% off the final cost of their first project.
